We want to get your pup's new parody toys into their chomping jaws as soon as possible! Here's the scoop on how we ship your orders and how to make a return (hopefully that won't be necessary, but hey, we understand!).

Returns & Exchanges:
We want your furry friend to absolutely love their new parody toy. But sometimes things don't work out as planned. Here's how to make a return or exchange:

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange most unused and unworn items.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at contact@homeofblu.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Conditions for Return/Exchange: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in unused and unworn condition.

Return Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent). You'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability, we'll process the exchange once we receive your return. We may ask you to cover any price difference between the items.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1 business day.
Please Note:

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used chew toys.
